Vendors must provide compliance attestations through SOC 2 reports, ISO 27001 certifications, or completed risk assessments, with annual renewals required.
Whistleblowing Program
Glitter AI operates a comprehensive whistleblower program providing confidential reporting mechanisms for suspected violations of laws, regulations, or company policies. The program includes anonymous reporting options via ethics@glitter.io, strict non-retaliation policies, and protection for good-faith reporters. All reports are investigated promptly within 30 days when possible, with findings documented and appropriate corrective actions implemented.
